Well, and then there's the Bandcamp pre-order at the wonderful Oscarson label. Matthias Rehling didn't just put our layout and design into haptic form, he also built a few special editions that will make any music lover simply revel.
It's not without reason that they are always the first to go out of print.
The whole album will be released on 24 November and the complete concert film on 22 December - just before Christmas.
