Alex Stolze at Q3Ambientfest

At this year's Q3Ambientfest at Kesselhaus // Waschhaus Potsdam we welcome Alex Stolze.

The violinist, producer and songwriter Alex Stolze has gained a strong reputation for his unique music.
He seamlessly shifts between modern classical instrumentation and sensitive electronica and manages
to create an unprecedented sound on the basis of his 5-string violin that gets under your skin.

Middle Eastern scales create a beguiling soundscape, complex polyrhythms and unusual and unusual time signatures
become addictive, danceable grooves and intoxicating songs.

Alex Stolze's work with the electro trio Bodi Bill, the avant-garde band Dictaphone as well as his work as the founder and head of
Nonostar Records, on which Anne Müller , Ben Osborn, Qrauer and Field Kit have also released,
have also repeatedly caused an international sensation.

He is currently working on an instrumental album with his musician friend and label colleague Ben Osborn,
which will explore Jewish themes and dance beyond the boundaries of music.

For his concert at the Q3Ambientfest' he will perform together with dancer Tamar Grosz and Ben Osborn as pianist.
